I love this because I live in Vancouver where the people are as cold as the tap water. I am originally from Argentina and l Iived for many years in Mexico. I miss the warmth of the abrazo and the kiss of the man you meet at a party. As soon as you leave you are friends and there is that kiss. Canadians are reserved and sometimes I feel alienated in this city even though I have been here since 1975. It was in 1975 when we were invited for after-dinner-drinks. I asked my wife what that was. She did not know. People greet you here with a hand gesture that mimics one windshield washer blade. It rains a lot here!
