For months now I have not been able to use the Medium Import tool even though it still appears. It fails to work every time I attempt to use it. Of course there are other ways of putting my blogs in Medium. But what I don’t understand is why Medium Help now simply ignores my reqests for an explanation. The server (I understand) used (or used to be used) by Medium is not theirs.
I refuse to pay the additional fee to upgrade so that I can read the tons of self-helps (how to, five ways, etc). I feel that my own content should be judged (it never has by any Medium editor) by other standards.
