Why?
Of late, just about every day get these notifications from people who are now following me:

The friendly folks at Help Medium have not been able to explain in a satisfactory manner the why.
Anybody out there with ideas or answers?
In the late 80s as a journalist I went to Tito’s Yugoslavia. In Belgrade they steered us to an interesting bar whose name was a question mark.
